Sardar Group's history dates back to the early 70's in Iraq's northern city of Kirkuk, where Hajjy Hussein - father of Sardar's Group Chairman; Sardar H. Hasan - started his career in the automotive business by selling and renting motorcycles, after which the first fully operational auto showroom was established in 1982 in the Showrooms City in Kirkuk.

With a desire in 2005 to move from Automotive Trading to fully fledged Distributorships, Sardar Group started utilizing the synergies of its existing operations that cover various business activities related to General Trading, Leasing, Vehicles, Equipment, Machinery Trading & Servicing, Real Estate, and major Infrastructure Projects.

With ten companies inside Iraq, two companies in Jordan, and one in UAE, as well as two Real Estate investment companies in Canada and Australia we cover the diversified needs of the Iraqi market where a substantial number of vehicles and equipment have been supplied.

After 4 decades of extensive experience , Sardar Group has become the most valued name in its field, not only in the local Iraqi market but also across the region, as a result of its prestigious heritage.

Today, Sardar Group represents world-renowned automotive brand names as well as international names in heavy construction equipment & machinery, with innovative projects underway in the tourism and real estate sectors.
